State-owned Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced the stock exchanges that it has shortlisted KFin Technologies Ltd, Hyderabad as new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (R& TA) for both the forms of Registry.
According to the exchange filing, the Company after due process, has shortlisted "M/s. KFin Technologies Limited", Hyderabad (SEBI Registration No.: INR000000221) and is in the process of appointment as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (R& TA) w.e.f. 1st January'2026 for both the forms of Registry viz. Physical as well as Electronic connectivity.
The Present Transfer facility was managed by "M/s. Alankit Assignments Limited", New Delhi, whose tenure had ended on 31st December, 2025.
Further, it is informed that tripartiate agreement with the both despositaries has been completed on 21.01.2026.
