Shares of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd have taken a lift in Tuesday’s trading session as the Board of the company is going to release the financial results for the June-end quarter and borrow funds through debentures.
According to the exchange filing, it is informed that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 07, 2025 to consider inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 and to borrow funds through issuance of Non-convertible Debentures.

Further with regard to closure of Trading Window, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till August 09, 2025 for all 'Insiders' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, it added in the filing.
The shares of HPCL are closed at Rs 426.40, up by 1.07% at BSE. The stock opened today at Rs 421.50 and reached an intraday high of Rs 426.60 at BSE.
