New Delhi, 8 September 2026: MMTC Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the status of requests received for re-lodgement of transfer of physical shares under the special window provided by SEBI.

As per the report received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the following is the status for the month of August 2026:

  • Number of requests received: 458

  • Number of requests processed: 458

  • Number of requests approved: 458

  • Number of requests rejected: 0

  • Average time taken for processing: 15 days
