STC Reports Status of Physical Share Transfer Re-lodgement Requests for August 2026
New Delhi, 8 September 2026: The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC) has informed the stock exchanges about the status of requests received for re-lodgement of transfer of physical shares.
In accordance with SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30 January 2026, the Company has submitted the report received from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited.
The report confirms the status of such requests for the month of August 2026 under the special window provided by the SEBI Circular.
