BEL to Pay Final Dividend of ₹0.55 per Share on 9 Sept 2026

Bengaluru, September 8, 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has informed the stock exchanges that the final dividend declared at its 72nd Annual General Meeting will be paid to eligible shareholders on 9 September 2026.

Key Dividend Details

The dividend will be credited to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Company’s records as on the relevant record date.

What Shareholders Should Note

• The dividend is the final dividend for the financial year, as approved by shareholders at the 72nd AGM.

• Payment will be made through electronic mode (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to the registered bank accounts of shareholders.

• Shareholders who have not updated their bank account details or KYC are advised to do so at the earliest through their Depository Participant (for demat holdings) or the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (for physical holdings) to avoid any delay in receiving the dividend.
