What Shareholders Should Note

  • The dividend is the final dividend for the financial year, as approved by shareholders at the 72nd AGM.

  • Payment will be made through electronic mode (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to the registered bank accounts of shareholders.

  • Shareholders who have not updated their bank account details or KYC are advised to do so at the earliest through their Depository Participant (for demat holdings) or the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (for physical holdings) to avoid any delay in receiving the dividend.
