NMDC Ltd allocates Bonus Equity Shares in 2:1 for shareholders
State-owned NMDC Ltd announced that it has allocated Bonus Equity Shares of 586,12,11,700 in the face value of Rs 1 in a ratio of 2:1.
According to the exchange filing made, we hereby inform that the Bonus Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of NMDC Limited (“the Company”) at its meeting held today i.e., December 30, 2024, has allotted 586,12,11,700 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs 1/- (Rupee One only) each in the ratio 2:1, i.e., 2 (Two) new Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Rs 1/- each fully paid- up, held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e., Friday, December 27, 2024.

The stock has fallen 4.6% over the last two days, reaching an intraday low of Rs 67.3. It is trading below all key moving averages, with a monthly decline of 11.38%.
In terms of dividend yield, NMDC offers a high yield of 3.48% at its current price, which may be of interest to income-focused investors. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 11.38%, while the benchmark Sensex has only seen a modest drop of 1.50%.
