New Delhi, October 22, 2025 — Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), India’s premier energy company, has announced the launch of its Apprenticeship Program for 2025 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This nationwide initiative aims to equip India’s youth with practical skills and real-world experience at the core of the country's energy sector.
Total Vacancies: 2,623 apprentice positions
Application Deadline: November 6, 2025
Result Announcement: November 26, 2025
The program will offer hands-on training opportunities across 25 work centres including Dehradun, Delhi, Mumbai, Vadodara, Sivasagar, Rajahmundry, Chennai, Mehsana, Ankleshwar, Agartala, and more. The recruitment covers all five operational sectors of ONGC: Northern, Western, Eastern, Southern, and Central India.

Age Limit: 18 to 24 years as on November 6, 2025 (relaxations applicable as per government norms)

Domicile/Qualification: Candidates must either reside in or possess a qualification from a district within ONGC’s operational areas.
