RVNL Recruitment 2026: Executive Director Civil Vacancy and Vigilance Manager Posts Announced
New Delhi, June 24, 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has issued official vacancy notifications dated June 24, 2026, inviting applications for senior-level positions on immediate absorption and deputation basis across India.
The recruitment drive includes high-ranking roles in both the Civil Engineering and Vigilance departments, aimed at strengthening project execution and governance functions within the organisation.
Executive Director (Civil) Vacancy
RVNL has announced one post of Executive Director (Civil) under Vacancy Notice No. 2026/RVNL/34-CIVIL.
The position carries an IDA E-9 pay scale of ₹1,50,000–₹3,00,000 and is open for candidates aged not above 57 years.
Key Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with extensive experience in infrastructure project execution, contract management, or business development. Preference will be given to candidates with prior PSU experience.
Eligibility is open to serving officials in analogous grades or senior engineering positions with long Group A service experience. Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by interviews.
The posting location is anywhere in India, and the appointment will be on an immediate absorption basis.
Senior Manager / Manager (Vigilance) Posts
In a separate notification (No. 2026/RVNL/35-VIG), RVNL has invited applications for two posts in the Vigilance Department at its corporate office in New Delhi.
The roles are offered on a deputation basis for a period of three years, subject to government approval for exemption from immediate absorption rules.

Preference: candidates with at least 3 years of vigilance experience and familiarity with computerized systems and field duties
The posts are open to officers in Level-10 (CDA/IDA E-3) and Level-8/IDA E-2 equivalent grades, depending on designation.
