Mumbai: Axis Bank Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the updated contact details of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) who are severally authorized to disclose material events or information under the Bank’s Policy for Determining Materiality of Events/Information.
This disclosure has been made pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
