Bank of Baroda Allots ₹10,000 Crore Green Infrastructure Bonds
Mumbai, 5 March 2026: Bank of Baroda has successfully issued and allotted Long-Term Green Infrastructure Bonds worth ₹10,000 crore. The bonds, classified as 7.10% Senior, Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Fully Paid-Up, Non-Convertible Bonds (Series I), were issued to promote sustainable infrastructure projects.
The bond issue opened and closed on 4 March 2026 via the NSE EBP Platform, and the allotment was completed on 5 March 2026. A total of 10 lakh bonds with a face value of ₹1 lakh each were allotted to 15 investors. The bonds carry an ISIN of INE028A08380.
This issuance underscores Bank of Baroda’s commitment to green financing and sustainable development, supporting environmentally friendly infrastructure initiatives while providing investors with secure long-term instruments.
