Bank of Maharashtra Confirms Compliance with SEBI Depository Regulations

New Delhi: Bank of Maharashtra has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.

The certificate, issued by the bank’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were verified, accepted or rejected as per regulatory norms. Listed securities have been duly updated in the stock exchange records, and the names of depositories have been substituted in the register of members within the prescribed 15-day period.

This ensures that the bank’s shareholding and depository operations remain fully compliant with SEBI regulations, supporting transparency and investor confidence.
