New Delhi:  Canara Bank on Tuesday informed stock exchanges that it has successfully completed the payment of annual interest and redemption amounting to Rs 10.76 crore to investors.

In a regulatory filing the bank said the amount of Rs 10.76 crore was credited to investor bank accounts on January 6 2026 through RTGS NEFT IBA and DD modes in compliance with directions issued by the Enforcement Directorate.

The payment relates to the security bearing ISIN INE476A08100 and was made as part of the bank’s obligation under Regulation 57 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015.

Canara Bank said the transaction follows its earlier intimation dated December 31 2025 on the same subject.

The bank assured the stock exchanges that the credit of funds has been completed and the matter is now closed from a compliance perspective.

Shares of Canara Bank were in focus after the announcement as investors tracked developments related to the bond payout.
