State owned Central Bank of India has announced the Notice of Board Meeting to be held on 16th January, 2026. The Bank will declare the financial results and third interim dividend for FY 25-26.

According to the filing, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 16th January, 2026 at its Head Office, Mumbai inter-alia to consider and approve the following agendas:

1. The Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the Third quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2025.

2. The proposal to declare 3rd Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Bank for FY 2025-26, if any.

Further, the Trading window for Bank’s Directors, Designated Employees & their immediate relatives is closed from 1st January, 2026 and same shall remain closed till 18th January, 2026. The Trading window for Designated persons will be opened on 19th January, 2026.
