Federal Bank allots over 1.34 lakh equity shares under employee stock option schemes

New Delhi, January 11, 2026: Federal Bank has allotted 1,34,876 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes 2010 and 2017, according to a regulatory filing made with stock exchanges on Sunday.

The bank allotted 1,800 equity shares under the ESOS 2010 scheme and 1,33,076 equity shares under the ESOS 2017 scheme. Each equity share carries a face value of Rs 2.

The allotments were approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee and were made after receipt of the exercise money from eligible employees.

Federal Bank said the issuance of shares is part of its ongoing employee incentive programme aimed at retaining and rewarding talent. The bank has informed both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about the allotment.
