Karur Vysya Bank to declare financial results soon
New Delhi: Private Sector Lender, Karur Vysya Bank has announced the exchanges that it is going to announce the financial results of the Bank on 23 January, 2026.
According to the exchange filing, the bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The September-end quarter of the financial results of the PSU is mentioned as:
Net Income was at Rs 573.96 crore, up by 21.19%
The Revenue of the company was at Rs 1.5K crore, up by 10.87%
Net Profit Margin was at 38.29%, up by 9.31%
The market capitalization of the Bank as of September 2025 is standing at Rs 26.31K crore and the P/E ratio is at 12.51 with dividend yield at 0.80%.
The shares of the Karur Vysya Bank is trading down by 0.76% at Rs 272.55 at BSE.
