Kotak Mahindra Bank has elevated Manish Agarwal, President & Business Head – 811, to Senior Management Personnel. His leadership will strengthen the bank’s digital-first strategy.
MUMBAI, September 27, 2025: Kotak Mahindra Bank has strengthened its top leadership by naming Mr. Manish Agarwal, President and Business Head of 811, as a Senior Management Personnel of the Bank. The announcement came after a Board of Directors meeting on Friday, September 27, 2025.
Mr. Agarwal’s designation as a Senior Management Personnel is effective immediately and meets the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. Agarwal has been part of the Kotak Key Leadership team since 2023. He is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience, including 18 years in banking.
As President and Business Head of 811, he is responsible for the Bank’s flagship digital banking platform. His duties include:

Overseeing end-to-end operations of the 811 business.

Driving customer acquisition and strategic project execution.

Leading initiatives focused on the millennial segment within Retail Banking.
This promotion shows the Bank's ongoing commitment to its digital-first strategy, which is vital for market growth and meeting financial goals. Mr. Agarwal has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing.
