Kotak Mahindra Bank Completes Interest Payment on ₹1,500 Crore NCDs

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has confirmed the timely payment of interest to bondholders of its 7.63% Senior Unsecured Rated Listed Redeemable Long-Term Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of ₹10 lakh each. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 57(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The interest payment pertains to NCDs with ISIN INE237A08957, with a due date of December 1, 2025. Kotak Mahindra Bank remitted the total interest amount of ₹114.45 crore on the same day, ensuring no delays. The record date for determining eligible bondholders was November 16, 2025, and the interest is paid on an annual basis. The previous interest payment for this series was made on December 2, 2024, adjusted in line with the Business Day Convention under SEBI regulations.

The bank clarified that there were no changes in the frequency of interest payments and that no redemption payments were due for this issuance. The issue size of the NCDs is ₹1,500 crore, and the payment details have been submitted in Annexure A of the bank’s disclosure.
