Bank of Baroda has announced changes in senior management personnel in its Stressed Asset Management division, effective December 1, 2025, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma has been appointed as Chief General Manager (CGM), Stressed Asset Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a certified CAIIB. With over 35 years of banking experience, Mr. Sharma brings significant expertise in managing stressed assets and overseeing risk mitigation strategies.

Mr. Dinesh Pant has been designated as CGM(OSD), Stressed Asset Management, reflecting a change in his designation within the bank. The disclosure did not provide further profile details for Mr. Pant.

The announcement was communicated by S. Balakumar, Company Secretary, to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The changes are aimed at strengthening leadership and operational efficiency in Bank of Baroda’s stressed asset management vertical.
