Kotak Mahindra Bank Grants 7.14 Lakh ESOPs to Employees

Mumbai, September 8, 2026: The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Kotak Mahindra Bank has approved the grant of 7,14,080 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme, 2023.

The ESOPs were granted on September 7, 2026, under ESOP Scheme 2023 – Series 13, according to the bank’s regulatory disclosure.

Each option entitles the grantee to one equity share of Kotak Mahindra Bank with a face value of ₹1, subject to the terms of the ESOP scheme.

ESOP Vesting Schedule

The 7,14,080 options will vest in four equal tranches of 25% each:

• 25%: September 10, 2027

• 25%: May 18, 2028

• 25%: May 18, 2029

• 25%: May 18, 2030

The exercise period for each tranche will be 12 months from its respective vesting date.
