State-owned Punjab National Bank has announced some significant changes in the Key Managerial Personnel of the Board along with Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank.
Ms Ekta Pasricha currently serving as General Manager, Company Secretary and Board Secretary has been assigned with new role of General Manager, Zonal Office, Kolkata.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has over 11 years of experience in the Bank.
Shri Bikramjit Shom currently serving as General Manager Board and Co-ordination division, Head Office will now hold new assignment of General Manager, Company Secretary and Board Secretary.
He is B.Sc. and a Fellow member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. He has over 15 years of the experience in the Banking Sector.
