New Delhi: RBL Bank Limited announced that Dr. Somnath Ghosh has completed his tenure as a Non-Executive Independent Director on December 06, 2025, and has consequently ceased to be a member of the Board. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
