UCO Bank issues Notice of Board Meeting for financial results of third quarter
UCO Bank to consider and approve Q3 and nine-month unaudited financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, at its Board meeting on January 17, 2026. Trading window remains closed; shares trade near ₹29.35 on BSE.
NEW DELHI: Kolkata-headquartered UCO Bank has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on 17th January 2026, in order to consider, approve and take on record unaudited (reviewed) financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank for the Directors, Designated persons and all Insiders remained closed from 1st January 2026 and same shall continue to be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
Shares of UCO Bank are trading at Rs 29.35, up by 1.45 percent at BSE.
