Adani Green EGM 2026: Dinesh Kanabar Reappointed as Director
Adani Green Energy Limited held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on January 2, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The EGM focused on two key agenda items, including the re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Kanabar as an Independent Director and the approval of a material related party transaction with Jash Energy Private Limited.
