CIL distributed mosquito nets

New Delhi: Mosquito nets are an extremely effective method in the prevention of malaria and dengue. Keeping this in mind, CIL distributed mosquito nets to the tribal residents of Birkuniya and Jamasila villages in the areas around the operations of Northern Coalfields Ltd. The villagers were told about mosquito borne diseases, the symptoms and that one should immediately consult a doctor at the onset of the symptoms. This was a CSR initiative of Northern Coalfields Ltd.
