BEML Dividend: PSU declares dividend of Rs 15/-share, record date announced
New Delhi: Shares of Defence PSU BEML Ltd surged over by 33.80 basis points as the company has declared the second interim dividend of Rs 15 per equity share for FY 25.
We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 411th meeting held on 09.05.2025, inter-alia, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (i.e. 150% of paid up share capital) for the Financial year 2024-25, as stated by the company.

In this connection, the Company had fixed the Record date as 15.05.2025 for the payment of the said 2nd interim dividend to the eligible equity shareholders as on the record date.
The stock has been corrected by over 4.85 percent on BSE in the last one month. Currently, the shares of BEML Ltd are trading higher by 1.11 percent at Rs 3,043.4. The market capitalisation of the company is at Rs 12.69 K crore and the dividend yield is at 0.73 percent.
Share price target:
Trendlyne.com provides target prices of Rs 3,561 and Rs 4,332 for February and November 2025, respectively.
INDmoney reports a target of Rs 3,700 in three months, which would be in line with a target for 2025.
