NBCC (India) Q2 FY26: Net Profit rises by 24.8%, revenue stood at Rs 29.1 trillion
NBCC has declared second quarterly financial results for fy26. Net Profit rises by 24.8%, revenue stood at Rs 29.1 trillions and second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 0.21 /- (i.e., 21%) per equity share of Rs. 1 each.
New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd. has announced the financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. On the consolidated basis, the revenue from operations is standing at Rs 29.1 trillion in Q2FY26 as against Rs 24.4 trillion of the corresponding period of the previous year.
The total income of the company is at Rs 30.1 trillion as of Q2FY26. Meanwhile, the total expenses are standing at Rs 28.1 trillion in Q2FY26. The net profit of the company is standing at Rs 1.56 trillion and has increased by 24.8% as against Rs 1.25 trillion in Q2FY25.
The company has declared a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 0.21 /- (i.e., 21%) per equity share of Rs. 1 each. The company has fixed Wednesday, November 19, 2025, as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend would be paid within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act, 2013.
