SECL Invites Applications for Full-Time Senior Advisor (Forest)

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a Mini-Ratna PSU and subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has announced a vacancy for one Full-Time Senior Advisor (Forest) on a fixed tenure basis. The engagement is initially for two years, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

Eligibility & Experience:

Retired Board level Directors or equivalent from CIL/PSUs/Autonomous bodies or members of National Professional Institutions.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in forest land diversion processes.
Age: 60–65 years during the contract period.
VRS optees are not eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Liaison with State Forest Departments, MOEF&CC, NGT, and other authorities for forest land clearances.
Provide advice to CMD, Directors, CVO, GMs, and HODs as required.
Any other assigned tasks related to forest and land management.

Compensation & Benefits:

Consolidated monthly honorarium ranging from Rs 1,60,000 to Rs 2,00,000, based on retired grade.
Accommodation facility or 90% of consolidated pay if company accommodation is unavailable.
Conveyance charges, mobile reimbursement, medical, leave, and TA/DA as per CIL policies.
