Coal India’s arm CMPDI signs MOA with BSS
CMPDI collaborates with Bharat Sevashram Sangha under CSR to provide an ambulance for Bundu and Tamar Block villagers, with an approved budget of Rs. 15.08 Lakhs.

New Delhi: CMPDI signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Bharat Sevashram Sangha (BSS), Ranchi on 17.03.2025 for “Providing one Ambulance to Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Ranchi to meet the critical healthcare need of villagers from Bundu and Tamar Block of Ranchi District”. CMPDI under CSR has approved Rs. 15.08 Lakhs for this project. The MoA was exchanged between Shri R.K. Mahapatra, GM (HRD/CSR), CMPDI and Shri Swami Bhuteshananda, Secretary, BSS.
The addition of a Mobile Medical Unit (Ambulance) will significantly enhance its capacity to organize more medical camps and provide critical emergency medical care to villagers in these remote regions. On this occasion, HRD/CSR team of CMPDI (HQ) and team from Bharat Sevashram Sangha (BSS) were also present.
CMPDI is a Mini Ratna (Category I) company since June 2019 and ISO 9001 certified since March 1998.
