New Delhi: CEIL, a 100% subsidiary of state-owned Engineers India Ltd has signed a landmark Memorandum of Agreement with ONGC to provide comprehensive Third Party Inspection and Certification Services for their offshore and onshore projects.
This collaboration strengthens our position in the Oil and Gas sector and reaffirms our shared commitment to quality, certification and engineering excellence in the oil & gas sector.

The MoA was signed by Head Offshore Works, ONGC, Mr. R Narahari and CEO-CEIL, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, in a signing ceremony held in the august presence of Executive Director, ONGC, Mr. RN Satish Babu & Director CEIL, Mrs. Jayati Ghosh, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
CEIL will play a crucial role as the “third eye” of ONGC in providing value-added independent insights, ensuring strict adherence to quality benchmarks, safety protocols and certification processes across key projects.
