State-owned Engineers India limited has signed an Agreement with another PSU, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) on June 03, 2025.
The MoA was signed in the presence of C&MD EIL, Ms. Vartika Shukla and MD MRPL, Shri Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath, along with other Senior Officials of EIL & MRPL at EIL's Head Office in New Delhi.

The Agreement shall provide a robust framework for fast-track implementation of various Engineering and Consultancy projects in Refineries, Petrochemicals, Biofuels, Renewable energy, Marketing terminals and Depots, and other projects of MRPL in India.
The MoA shall further strengthen the association between EIL and MRPL in the Hydrocarbon and Renewable Energy space.
