ONGC Signs ₹28 Crore MoA to Modernize 150 Eklavya Schools Across 11 States
ONGC has signed a ₹28 crore CSR MoA in Delhi to modernize 150 Eklavya Model Residential Schools across 11 states, boosting tribal education and scientific learning.

New Delhi: ONGC has signed a ₹28 crore Memorandum of Association (MoA) to modernize nearly 150 Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) across 11 states and Union Territories as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The MoA was signed in New Delhi in the presence of Tribal Affairs Secretary Ms Ranjana Chopra, IAS.
The project aims to strengthen education for tribal children and help bring their talents to the national forefront.
ONGC Director (HR) Mr. Manish Patil said the initiative would promote scientific temper among tribal students and better prepare them to contribute to national development.
The modernization will improve infrastructure, digital learning facilities, and academic resources in EMRS institutions, empowering thousands of tribal students for a brighter future.
