SAIL’s IGH, ESIC Sign MoU for Cashless Super-Speciality Healthcare
Rourkela: Ispat General Hospital (IGH), Rourkela has signed an MoU with ESIC Regional Office, Bhubaneswar, to provide cashless healthcare services to ESIC beneficiaries and their dependents.
The agreement, signed on September 3, 2026, will cover beneficiaries from Odisha as well as other states through ESIC Bhubaneswar.

MoU signed in Rourkela
The agreement was signed by Rudradeep Dutta, Regional Director, ESIC Bhubaneswar, and Dr. Jayant Kumar Acharya, CMO I/c (M&HS), Rourkela Steel Plant.
Dr. Ava Tirkey, State Medical Officer, ESIC Regional Office Bhubaneswar, and G.R. Dash, GM (HR) were also present.
The partnership is expected to expand access to specialised healthcare for ESIC beneficiaries while making better use of IGH’s existing medical infrastructure.
