ICICI Bank Allots Equity Shares Under Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022
ICICI Bank has allotted 38,512 equity shares of face value ₹2 each on 4 September 2026 under its Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors.
Mumbai, 4 September 2026: ICICI Bank has allotted 38,512 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022.
The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors of the Bank at 10:22 a.m. on 4 September 2026, pursuant to the powers delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 21 October 2023.
The Bank has informed BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the allotment.
