New Delhi: NLC India Limited (NSE: NLCINDIA | BSE: 513683) has signed an Addendum to its Business Transfer Agreement with NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL) on 3 September 2026.
The Addendum covers the proposed hive-off of 708.96 MW of renewable energy assets, including a 4 MW Green Hydrogen Project. These assets are at various stages of construction and operation. This follows the original Business Transfer Agreement intimated on 31 October 2025.
