Govt approves 17 projects worth Rs 7,172 crore under Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme

The Ministry of Electronics and IT has cleared 17 additional proposals under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS). The projects with a total investment of Rs 7,172 crore are expected to generate production worth Rs 65,111 crore and will create 11,808 direct jobs across the country, according to the ministry.
