NEPA Ltd. Vigilance Officer Repatriated by Government
Government of India repatriates Shri Vinit Kumar, IRS (C&CE:2013), from NEPA Ltd. to his parent cadre. Decision taken on personal grounds with extended cooling-off condition.
New Delhi, Dec 9, 2025 – The Government of India has approved the premature repatriation of Shri Vinit Kumar, IRS (C&CE:2013), who was serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at NEPA Ltd., Nepanagar (M.P.), back to his parent cadre.
The move was cleared on personal grounds with an extended cooling-off condition. The order was issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) following a proposal from the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
Copies of the order have been sent to the Department of Revenue, the Central Vigilance Commission, and the concerned officer.
