Indian Oil CGM Takes Charge as Director (Finance) of Shipping Corporation of India

Mumbai, February 2, 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Nitin Khamesra, Chief General Manager (CGM) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), as Director (Finance) of Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI).
The appointment carries a pay scale of ₹1,80,000 – 3,40,000 (IDA) and will be effective from the date of assumption of charge, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The exact date of assumption of charge will be informed in due course.
The decision was communicated by the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet via Order No. 01/08/2025-EO(PE) dated January 31, 2026. SCI has submitted the update to BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
