IRCON Appoints Sudhir Singh as Director Projects on Additional Charge
IRCON International assigns additional charge of Director Projects to Sudhir Singh from January 1 2026 following Ministry of Railways approval.

NEW DELHI: IRCON International Limited has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director Projects to Shri Sudhir Singh, IRSE, Executive Director and Chief Engineer (BS) at the Railway Board, as per an order issued by the Ministry of Railways on 31 December 2025.
The appointment will take effect from the date of assumption of charge on or after 1 January 2026, and will remain in force until further orders. The decision has been taken pending the approval of the competent authority.
The development was officially disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. IRCON stated that it is initiating the necessary procedures under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations to formally appoint Shri Sudhir Singh as Director Projects. Further statutory disclosures will be made once he assumes charge.
