Richa Khare Assigned Additional Charge as Director (Finance), MRVC

The Ministry of Railways has assigned Ms. Richa Khare, IRAS, PFA, Western Railway, the additional charge of Director (Finance) at Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC).

According to the ministry’s order dated 1 December 2025, she will hold this responsibility in addition to her existing role, effective from the date she assumes charge. The appointment is valid until further orders.

The directive has been sent to MRVC with instructions to confirm the date on which she takes over the new responsibility. The order has also been circulated to key officials across the Railway Board, Western Railway, and the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

This move strengthens MRVC’s financial leadership as it continues to drive major rail infrastructure projects in the Mumbai metropolitan region.
