32 participants trained at RINL Roller skating rink won medals in All India Inter-University Roller Sports Championship
Roller Skating is one of the most popular Sports in Ukkunagaram Township. An International standard Roller Skating Rink with flood light facility is available in the Township and is being utilized effectively by the wards of RINL employees and children from nearby areas.
32 participants trained at RINL Roller skating rink won medals in All India Inter-University Roller Sports Championship
NEW DELHI- Roller Skating is one of the most popular Sports in Ukkunagaram Township. An International standard Roller Skating Rink with flood light facility is available in the Township and is being utilized effectively by the wards of RINL employees and children from nearby areas.
Children from the age of four are nurtured, trained and gradually inducted into competitive roller skating based on which performances are consistent and achievements commendable.
Over the years, children who have been coached by RINL coaches Sri D. L. N. Raju, Sri K. Kasi Visweswara Rao & Sri A. K. Ghadai have annexed medals at the International & National level consistently.
In connection with RINL’s endeavor towards encouraging Sports & Games, all the 32 participants trained at RINL Roller skating rink representing Andhra University, JNTU & NTR University have won medals in both women & men categories in the All India Inter University Roller Sports Championship 2021-22 organised by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam from 30th June to 2nd July 2022 at Roller Skating Rink, VUDA Park.
