New Delhi: RailTel signed MoU with Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. (DFCCIL) to use the Telecom assets of DFCCIL including fiber, tower, equipment and also carry out their Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and monetize same.
