The Government has approved a pioneering scheme for Coal Gasification, offering robust financial incentives of Rs. 8500 Cr. Ministry of Coal introduced a stringent two-stage bidding process for coal/lignite gasification projects, ensuring that only the most qualified bidders advance to the financial stage.

Stage I (Technical Bid Stage): This stage involves the evaluation of bids to ensure compliance with the Eligibility Parameters and the Qualification Criteria.
