Jagdish Arora takes additional charge of NALCO, Director (HR)
With immediate effect, NALCO assigned Mr. Jagdish Arora currently serving as the Director (P&T) with the additional charge of Director (HR) of NALCO.
New Delhi: NALCO today appoints Jagdish Arora a Mechanical Engineer as the Additional Director (Technical) in the board who currently holds the position of Director (Projects & Technical) in the company. This action came into immediate effect after the suspension of Radhashyam Mahapatro from the position.
The company in its BSE filling states that, Further, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that, upon suspension of Shri Radhashyam Mahapatro, Director (HR), Ministry of Mines vide order dated 14.03.2024 has assigned Shri Jagdish Arora, Director (P&T) with the additional charge of Director (HR) w.e.f. 14.03.2024 during the suspension period or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

He has been recognized for his significant contribution in the areas of sustainability, decarbonization, Atmanirbhar Bharat, digital transformation and Industry roadmap for 2047 for the Indian Steel Industry. He is a TEDx speaker on sustainability.
