PowerGrid Subsidiary Successfully Commissions Meerut and Simbhaoli GIS Substations

New Delhi: POWERGRID Meerut Simbhavali Transmission Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., is taking giant strides in transforming India's power infrastructure.
The company on 6th November, 2023 in its BSE filing states that the Subsidiary of Power Grid secured through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding with a mandate to establish 765/400/220kV Meerut GIS Substation alongwith associated Transmission Lines, 400/220/132 kv Simbhaoli GIS alongwith associated Transmission Lines has been completely commissioned with effect from 4th November, 2023.
