WCL conferred with 7 awards at Coal India level

New Delhi: Corporate Award on Environment/ Environment Management Award, Corporate Award on CSR to Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) on the 48th Foundation Day of Coal India Limited, 01 November ), Corporate Award on Highest percentage Increase in Net Sales and Corporate Award on Highest Departmental Capacity Utilization (OC Projects) Class II in all has been awarded.

In the individual category, Shri G. Bravery Award to P. Singh, Best GM (currently General Manager of Nagpur Zone), Shri A. P. Singh was awarded the Best HoD.

The Chief Guest Honorable Coal Minister, Shri Pralhad Joshi, Chairman, CIL, Shri Pramod Agarwal and former Chairman of Coal India Shri S. CMD Shri Manoj Kumar and related winners received from the lotus feet of Narasimha Rao. Shri Manoj Kumar gave credit for these achievements to the entire team and congratulated them.
