Client: Orders received from Adani Green Energy Limited (for supply of goods) and Adani Green Energy Six Limited (for onsite services).
Project: Balance of System (BoS) package for an aggregate 534 MW of solar power projects.
Location: Khavda, Kutch district, Gujarat.
Scope of Work:
- Supply of Goods: Includes manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, and supply of commissioning spares and associated materials.
- Onsite Services: Encompasses receipt, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, civil, mechanical & electrical works, handing over, and performance guarantee testing.

Strategic Significance:
The company stated that these orders reinforce its position as a "trusted execution partner for large-scale utility solar projects" and align with its strategy to scale up its BoS and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) capabilities across major renewable energy developments.
