Coal India Limited Director (P&IR) highlighted CIL’s pivotal role in fueling the nation’s energy aspirations also urged HR fraternity to enhance employees’ experience with a human touch and foster a more inclusive work environment, especially for women.
Singrauli: Sri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P & IR), Coal India Limited, visited Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) on Tuesday and chaired a review meeting of the HR department in the presence of Sri Manish Kumar, Director (Personnel), NCL.
He highlighted CIL’s pivotal role in fueling the nation’s energy aspirations while also contributing to community welfare and employment generation. Calling CIL an ambidextrous company, he urged the HR fraternity to enhance employees’ experience with a human touch and foster a more inclusive work environment, especially for women.
He also dedicated the recently received prestigious Great Place to Work recognition to every CIL employee, emphasizing collective efforts toward excellence.
The meeting was attended by General Managers (Personnel), HOD Personnel, and SOPs from various NCL areas.
