State run Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced that its Board Members will hold a meeting on 14 May to declare the financial results of FY25. Shares of DCIL surged over 3 percent at Rs 601.50.
This is to inform that a Meeting of the Company's Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday i.e. 14/05/2025, to consider and approve the company's audited financial results for the year I quarter ended 31.03.2025, the company stated in a filing.
The stock opened at Rs 585.90 on Tuesday. The market capitalisation is at Rs 1.67K crore. The stock has surged over by 2.96 percent in the past one month.
