The company announced that Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan will no longer serve as Government Nominee Director, effective at the end of business today, November 22, 2025.
This change follows the established rules of corporate governance for PSUs. The notice explains that her departure is in response to a directive from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), dated November 20, 2025 (Reference No. A-22012/1/2018-Estt-PNG; E-25372).
Ms. Ratan, holding DIN 09831741, served diligently on the Board, representing the MoPNG's interests and helping with the company's strategic oversight. Her departure is a normal administrative change based on government policy regarding nominee directors.
