New Delhi/Noida: GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna PSU and India’s largest natural gas processing and distribution company, has invited bids for the renovation of the Board Room on the 21st floor and the office cafeteria on the 2nd floor of Jubilee Tower, Noida. The tender is issued under a two-bid e-tendering system, seeking Architect and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for design, planning, and supervision of the renovation works.
The contract will be valid for 15 months, including 3 months for design, BOQ finalization, and tendering, followed by 12 months for construction supervision and project closure.
Interested bidders can participate in the tender through GAIL’s tender portal, Government e-Procurement (GePNIC) portal, and GeM portal. A pre-tender meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on December 10, 2025.
The tender emphasizes that bids must comply strictly with all terms and conditions, including the submission of required documents in both digital and physical forms. GAIL reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its discretion.
